Day Trip Skiing in Grindelwald for Beginners

On this excursion, ski novices can learn how to ski. With the help of a qualified ski instructor, guests will soon be able to glide down the ski slopes by themselves - and enjoy breathtaking views at the same time.

During the drive to the charming Bernese Oberland, guests listen to interesting explanations by the tour guide. After a short stop in Interlaken, the journey continues to the ski area of the famous mountain resort of Grindelwald.

Awaiting participants here are a qualified ski instructor and all the necessary equipment (skis, ski boots, ski poles, helmet, ski jacket and pants, gloves and ski lift pass) for an exciting afternoon on the gentle slopes of the Bodmi Arena – the perfect piste for beginners. During the 2½ hour ski course, participants learn the correct skiing techniques in order to be able to glide down the slopes by themselves – while also enjoying the breathtaking view of the Eiger North Face and the surrounding mountains.

Before commencing the return journey, there is some leisure time to explore the charming Alpine village of Grindelwald.

Additional Information

On the mountain, temperatures can be very cold even in summer and winter. It is recommended to dress according to the so-called "onion principle" so that clothing can be adjusted to the weather conditions.

The basic equipment for a stay on the mountain should include a warm jacket, closed shoes, a hat, a pair of gloves, and sunglasses.
