Ski Jumping Tour in Einsiedeln

Ski jumpers must be heroes – or just plain crazy. That´s what many visitors to the ski jumping center in Einsiedeln think when they stand at the top of the ski jump and gaze down to the bottom 40 meters (130ft) below.

In the course of a 90-minute guided tour of the ski jumping site in Einsiedeln, interested people learn all kinds of fascinating facts about the ski jump hills and the history and traditions behind the sport. During a visit to the exhibition and the museum, the knowledgeable guide relates how the four ski jumps came into being, but also about modern-day ski jumping.

Einsiedeln´s four ski jump hills are regularly used for training by the Swiss National Team, as well as for competitions and many other events, thus providing an impressive experience throughout the year. At the end of the tour, groups can enjoy refreshments or a meal at lofty heights in the Top of Einsiedeln panorama restaurant (not included).
