Fotostiftung Schweiz – Switzerland's Photography Center

Fotostiftung Schweiz is dedicated to photography both past and present and a comprehensive collection together with an archive and library can be viewed in Winterthur.

Fotostiftung Schweiz is the oldest Swiss photography foundation in Switzerland dedicated solely to photography. It comprises an extensive collection of original photographs, which provide an   overview of the history of Swiss photography. The main focus is on Swiss photography from the 1930s to 50s, supplemented by international masterpieces.

Fotostiftung Schweiz operates the center together with the Winterthur Museum of Photography, it comprises a bistro, library, lounge and shop.

Winterthur Museum Pass
